This pillow did nothing to resolve my problem of getting stiff neck when sleeping. First night was terrible as gave me another sore neck so could not use again. Maybe it is too high for my body build and need to get a flatter pillow. Gave to my 25 yr old son who said he finds it okayish to sleep but didnt think it was comfortable enough either.
