This iron is rubbish - doesn't drip - no it pours water!Thermostat is the worst I've ever had .We bought 2 irons and both have been replaced by Briscoes (who get a 10/10) but the replacements are no better and are going back too. I have always loved Sunbeam and their guarantees but with the cost of petrol the savings made at Briscoes are eroded by the cost of returns. Our entire land fills will soon be overflowing with Sunbeam appliances and that doesn't impress me at all!
