We stand by the quality of our products and services and we will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. If you do receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged product, or you simply change your mind, please contact us on 0800 274 726 or contact@briscoes.co.nz to arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
How to return product
Please return the product(s) to us in its' original condition within 10 working days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will replace, exchange or refund your purchase using the original payment method.
Please indicate the reason for return and your preferred remedy using the space provided on your packing slip.
All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in the original or appropriate packaging to:

Please Note: We do not accept returns for Gift Vouchers and Shavers unless they are genuinely faulty, so please choose carefully.
Store Exchanges and Returns
You may return or exchange a product bought on www.briscoes.co.nz at any of our retail stores - see Store Finder for details. Again, please ensure the product is in its’ original condition and you have your receipt as proof of purchase.
