I have a Kent micathermic heater in my office, so I know the timers are weird. The Goldair warms the room fine and is light to move but there’s no handle at one end so you can't pick it up and must wheel it everywhere, which is awkward. (My other one has two handles. So easy. Also it has a dreadful bright blue light which lights the whole bedroom at night. We put it off after 5 mins, it was so bright, and next day I swapped the heater with my office one which is only used in the day.

It was good while it worked, heats up quickly but then something blew in it. There weren't any in stock to replace my one, but I got a refund. Also, the timer is a bit weird, not as logical as I would have expected.

When it's described with a timer, it doesn't make it clear that it is just a countdown timer which you have to calculate how many hours/minutes it will be until it turns on - not what I would've expected on a heater in this price range. Not recommended.

This is a very ineffective heater. I recommend you leave this one on the shelf. If. I could rate it less than 1 I would.
