Can I purchase online?

What are your opening hours?

Do you do mail orders?
Yes, mail orders are available. Please contact your nearest store for more information.
Do you have lay-by?
Unfortunately Briscoes does not have a lay-by system but we are able to hold goods for up to 7 days.
Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available at all stores and are available in any denomination. They are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Do you have any staff vacancies?

What methods of payment do you accept?
Briscoes accepts all major credit cards, cash, EFTPOS, personal cheques with the relevant ID, Farmland cards and GE Finance.
Do you accept Fly Buys or other loyalty schemes?
No, Briscoes prefers to offer the lowest possible price but we do accept major credit cards which often have their own loyalty schemes.
How do I go about setting up a Wedding or Gift Register?
What’s different about your outlet stores?
Our outlet stores carry the same full range of stock as all other Briscoes stores. They carry the same advertised lines but in addition they also carry seconds, end of line products and clearance lines. We have 2 outlet stores at St Lukes and Petone.
Do you give discounts for bulk purchases?
We are able to give discounts for bulk purchases to commercial customers. Contact one of our commercial representatives for further information.

Yes, for a small freight charge we can deliver your purchase to you. Contact your nearest store for more information.
Who can I send correspondence to?
What are your policies on returns and warranties?
We will gladly refund or exchange any product as long as you have your receipt as proof of purchase. Warranties are product specific, please contact your nearest store for more information.
