Joseph Joseph Index Knife Set with Chopping Board Silver

Overview

The Index™ with knives set is the ultimate kitchen set, including four colour-coded chopping boards with four corresponding knives to help reduce cross-contamination and make food preparation even easier.

The set also includes four knives with stainless steel blades designed to suit each of the foods for each of the boards, and is colour-coded to match the corresponding board. Index™ chopping boards are especially kind to knives and will not blunt their blades. Like all plastic chopping boards they will mark slightly during use.

Colour-coded knives include:

  • 7 inch/17.78 cm Cook's knife
  • 3½ inch/8.89 cm Paring knife
  • 6½ inch/16.51 cm All-purpose knife
  • 5 inch/12.7 cm Fish knife

Care & Use:

  • Chopping boards: dishwasher safe
  • Knives: Hand wash only and dry immediately
  • Storage case: wipe clean with a damp cloth
