  • What courier service do you use?

  • We are partnered with Fastway Couriers, making sure your items are delivered to you successfully.
  • Can I deliver to a P.O. Box address?

  • Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

  • Yes you can and the sooner the better. Once your order has left our distribution centre it will be more difficult to change the address and there is a possibility it will get delivered before the change can be made. To change your delivery address, please contact our Customer Service team.
  • Can I pick my order up from a local store?

  • We are excited to announce that we are trialling a Click & Collect service at Briscoes. Due to this being a trail period, Click & Collect is currently only available for collection from our Briscoes Botany store in Auckland.

    We hope to have this available at other stores soon. However, in the meantime if you do not live in Auckland please bear with us as we work through this trial period so we can deliver the best possible service for all future Click & Collect orders at Briscoes stores.
  • Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, you may cancel your order or part of your order any time prior to it being collected by the courier, please contact our Customer Service team to do so. However, once it has left the distribution centre with the courier it will need to be treated as a return – please visit our 'Returns' section for further details.
  • Do you deliver outside of New Zealand?

  • At this stage we do not deliver outside of New Zealand.
  • How do I know if my item is oversized?

  • All oversized items are marked with a ‘$75 Delivery’ tag on them.
  • My tracking number isn’t working?

  • Once you have received a dispatch email from us with your tracking details, please note that the tracking number can take a few hours to appear in Fastway’s tracking system. If you’re tracking number is still not registering following 12hrs after dispatch, then please contact our Customer Service team to investigate further.
