Cancellations

As you know, we are now preparing to move into Covid-19 Alert Level 3 and you may notice some changes to our website due to this.

In Level 3 both essential and non-essential products will be fulfilled and available for purchase. This means all previous orders that contain non-essential items will also be sent out as SOON as possible.

We have also extended our returns policy to 60 days so anyone who’s purchased recently is not left in a difficult position.

If you currently have a Click & Collect order with us, we have done as much as we can at this stage! …BUT.. We will be unable to allow pick up of your order until we re-open.  

If waiting doesn’t work for you, we are able to cancel your order. To do this please contact our customer service team on 0800 274 726 and they will be able to help with your request.
