Cancellations

As you know, we are now in Covid-19 Alert Level 4 and Briscoes has temporarily closed instore and online.

If you currently have a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order with us, we have done as much as we can at this stage! …BUT.. We will be unable to send or allow pick up of your order until we re-open.  

As SOON as we are able we will get your order to you, and we promise to keep you updated in the meantime. We have also extended our returns policy to 60 days so anyone who’s purchased recently is not left in a difficult position.

If waiting doesn’t work for you, we are able to cancel your order. Please fill out this form and we will get the process started. It will take us 3-5 days to work through these. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been cancelled. The refund will appear in your account in 3-5 after this.
