The service I received was absolutely excellent. As they did not have the Sunbeam Pro Steam Iron Glide in stock, they arranged to have one couriered to me. In two days I had it delivered to my door. After reading all the instructions that come with this iron I am absolutely delighted with it. THANK YOU BRISCOES.

Had this iron less than a year. It spits water and messy spots over everything. We've tried clearing it and cannot overcome this issue. Would not recommend.

Gets dirty regularly and drops burnt particles on my white cotton shirts. As it does this, it sticks to the shirt and creases them so bad, no amount of steam will remove and the shirt has to be washed again.

yes, very useless iron, fro day one leaking. Took it to shop, advised that we don't know how to use iron.

haven't used my new sunbeam yet(waiting on my other one pegging out) disappointed to find no water beaker for filling (advertisement says there is one) I have had sunbeams in the past and have never had a problem so here's hoping this one is okay.

Nothing but problems with this iron, leaks water everywhere, sometimes steams but often doesn't. Has now stopped heating up, absolute rubbish, would not buy a Sunbeam iron again.

Does a reasonable job and good value for money on special at $39.99. Advertising is misleading as there is no water beaker or water jug supplied.
