This 16cm/1.8Ltr saucepan with tempered glass lid from Scanpan Impact features a heavy impact bonded base with a disk of aluminium enveloped between 2 layers of high quality stainless steel to provide optimal heat transfer and retention. The walls are made from 18 /10 stainless steel and the base has an 18/0 steel protector ensuring suitability for all cooktops including induction. Cast stainless steel handles with internal stainless steel rivets for added strength. Drip free pouring and internal capacity markings assist with fuss free cooking.
