Non stick coating prevents baked products from sticking but it is still recommended that the surface be greased to ease removal of baked goods. The unit is dishwasher safe - recommended for oven baking only. Bakeware has a 5 year guarantee.

Came a bit larger than I anticipated but will be useful nontheless. Seems decent quality

This pan is not non-stick, have had this around 6 months now, I use it fairly regularly, and ensure I use a little oil in it when I use it, but things are still sticking all the time, and it is becoming more and more difficult to clean.
