    Overview

    Made of lightweight nylon, this utensil is gentle on stainless-steel and non-stick cookware, yet sturdy enough to serve heavier portions of food. The 4-inch-long slotted spoon has a deep bowl to pick up big scoops of steamed broccoli florets from a stockpot of boiling water, remove mussels from their cooking liquid, and perform a variety of other essential serving tasks.
