Overview

Since its launch in 2008, Index™ has been a worldwide best-seller, helping people reduce cross-contamination of their food with a simple-yet-effective colour-coded system of boards.

This version includes a smart storage case and four large, knife-friendly chopping boards, with non-slip feet and crumb-catching edges.

Each board features an index-style tab with an icon indicating which food type it should be used for - raw meat, vegetables, raw fish or cooked food. The storage case also features a non-slip base.
