    Overview

    Create third-wave specialty coffee at home from bean to espresso in less than a minute. The best of the Barista Express with the Impress Puck System™. Helping you to achieve the perfect dose and a precise tamp while reducing the grinds on the machine and bench top.

    Our espresso machines are designed to use the right dose of freshly ground beans, ensure precise temperature control, and optimal water pressure and create true microfoam milk essential for latte art. You're only a touch away from getting the 4 keys formula used by professional cafe machines.

    Intelligent dosing with an integrated conical burr grinder with 25 grind settings. To start press the power button on the far right of the machine - takes about 35 seconds for heating. Select your filter size (single or double) by pressing the FILTER button. The option is available to either use automatic dosing or manual dosing. For auto dosing press the dose button to start the grinding which automatically calculates the dose based on the last grind, ensuring it's ready for the next use.

    The tamp indicator flashes when ready to use the Assisted tamping lever which ensures a precise 10kg impression with a professional 7º barista twist for a polished puck. The tamping gauge indicates when the correct level is achieved, and the system automatically remembers the adjustment for the next time.
    The portafilter is now ready to place in the group head and extraction can begin. Press the 1 cup or the 2 cup button for the volume of espresso you require.

    A full-bodied coffee with rich and complex flavours is created using the ideal dose of 18g of freshly ground beans, delivered by a professional style 54mm stainless steel portafilter.

    An opulent, creamy and caramel-coloured espresso starts with low-pressure preinfusion, followed by a high-pressure (9 bar) extraction process delivered via our 15-bar Italian pump.

    The Thermocoil heating system with PID temperature control delivers water at exactly 93ºC for perfectly balanced flavours. However, the 1 CUP or 2 CUP buttons are multifaceted to change the pre-infusion time, to program shot volumes, and adjust the water temperature up or down by 2 degrees.

    Beside the group head is a dedicated hot water outlet - just use the dial on the right side of the machine to turn the hot water on or off. Use the steam wand to texture and heat the milk creating silky microfoam milk generated with powerful steam pressure at 130°.
