Overview

The Zip 5 Litre Wok has a five-litre capacity and features a 2200W butterfly heating element for controlled heat distribution to seal in flavours. This Butterfly element design creates a layered heat zone over the entire wok surface as the element is wrapped around both the bottom of the wok, as well as high into the sloped wall of the wok to push heat up for faster and superior even heat distribution so you can effectively use the entire cooking surface area.
Variable Temperature Heat Control Probe. Removable base and trigger release removable control probe make for easy washing. Dishwasher safe wok bowl and glass lid. Quality heavy duty die-cast construction with a high-quality non-stick surface and includes cool touch handles.
