Beka Nori Cocotte Steamer 20cm

Overview

Healthy, tasty, versatile, and fun. From traditional casserole dishes to steamed vegetables, dumplings, fish, and many more, the 20cm Beka Nori Cocotte Steamer is the perfect cooking companion. With a 2.5L capacity, the Beka Cocotte is also ideal for making delicious soups and tasty curries. The durable cast iron material is an excellent heat conductor and retains heat for a long time. Included with the cocotte are two traditional steamer inserts made from lightweight natural bamboo, a renewable resource. Two levels allow cooking of multiple dishes at a time. Thanks to the small nubs under the lid, the evaporated cooking juices are continuously basting the ingredients, keeping them moist. The extra-thick enamel finish is scratch-resistant, making this cocotte extremely easy to clean and maintain. Suitable for all stove tops, including induction, and also in the oven. Handwash for best results.
