Just used it for the first time. Had fried eggs. They didn't stick. You just have know how to prepare the pan. Weight is good. Highly recommended.
Great pan especially for reducing sauces. These pans don't do very well on extreme heat though, like if you're trying to cook well done steak or do blackened fish. Good pan to have.
Great that you can put in oven BUT can't really use high heat, always burning/sticking food
Very useful pan..great that I can brown in oven..okay in dishwasher..can stick if not seasoned first, as per label.love it
Nice, compact frypan and works best on medium-low heat - perfect. Great price when on special.
Not recommending this pan. Makes the task more complicated than it needs to be due to its tendency to stick/burn. Swapped to scanpan equivalent and couldn't be happier
Awesome pan, good weight, keeps heat in and can go into the oven. Only criticism is the handle isnt well designed, poor ergonomics
Followed instructions on use but burns easily and very difficult to clean
Not heavy enough, making it unable to put on the stove without being held.
