Completely disappointed with purchase. The auto open mechanism operates with such force it is a danger to anyone in close proximity. While the auto close collapses the umbrella, you still need to clip it back in to the handle otherwise it reopens again. This proved impossible to do and I cut my finger on the metal ribs while trying to stop the umbrella from opening again. Umbrella totally unusable.
