Garbage, didn't even last a year - Terrible in a flat environment. 2 year warranty is a hoax.

Really Disappointed With This Vacuum. Suction Is Either Too Fierce You Cant Push Across The Carpet Putting It On A Lower Setting Isn't strong Enough To Give Carpets A Good Vacuum. Back End Of Vacuum is Too Heavy When You Pull Vac Along Floor Front End Keeps Tipping Up, Cable Gets Caught In The Wheels, It Is A Really Cumbersome Vacuum To Use, Feels Poor Quality And Not Worth paying Full Price..After Vacuuming My Whole House I Feel Like I Have Done 10 Rounds With Mike Tyson.

Absolute junk. Has very poor suction for a 2200w motor. Don't waste your money.

Russel Hobbs should stick to making coffee. 1st one purchased died within the 1st year, replaced through warranty, not even 2 yrs later it’s completely stuffed - zero suction & motor overheating. Warranty is only 2 years from purchase date so they won’t replace this junk. Suction went from great to barely any after 6 months (I clean filter & bin after each use), connection to hose & floor head broke within 1yr. Steer clear of this if you want durable & reliable vacuum

Bought this vacuum cleaner and am absolutely thrilled with it. Works really well and has a choice of four heads to use.

After 6 months, still has excellent suction. Design isn't the best, cord does get stuck in the wheel and it's not the best towing around. It's also very awkward for storage as the hose coming out the front isn't angled or designed well. Over all it's a great sucker and that's what matters the most. My Electrolux blew up within 12months and the suction was no way as good as this Russell hobbs! Got it 50% off. Wouldn't pay full price

Loved it for 3 months before it mysteriously clogged and overheated. Couldn’t find any obstruction or problem ourselves so we’ll be returning this one. The plastic components including the vacuum head are also very light and cheap... It’s not really a $400 vacuum.
