A great size fry pan, the temperature controller is rubbish, it does not maintain its temperature you have keep turning the temperature up to get heat

I brought two of these last year on sale.1x for my mum and 1x for my self.two weeks ago I finally opened the box and used my new zip frying pan as my old frying pan stopped working. To my surprise it was amazing then the second time I used it it didn't turn on at all and never did after dat. I lost my receipt so I could take it back but I honestly thought it was reliable cause it was new never again I will buy ZIP brand.

Just brought this frypan, just took out the box and there are scratches down to the metal in a few places. And very rough workmanship underneath. Taking back tomorrow and won't be buying again. Very disappointed.

So far very happy with this frypan. Not having any trouble with the controller at all. Have used it about 5 times so far and no problems. Got it on sale so good value so far.

I am having trouble with the temperature controller. When it is set on the lower temperatures it seems to just stop working until you adjust the controller. Have to continually monitor it. So not so good :(

Very disappointed in this product, purchased just over 2 yrs ago but within the 2 yrs non stick surface was wearing off. Feel temp control is not accurate as very hard to regulate and not burn food.

Was great the first half dozen uses then the temp control stopped working and now have to watch it an continue to monitor temp. Good size, lightweight.

worst electric frypan I have ever owned. The temperature control is impossible to decipher whether you have it on a low heat or a high heat and then it stops working altogether and you have to keep adjusting the control. Brought Zip as it is meant to be a good brand :-(
