Overview

The Sunbeam 7.5 litre DiamondForce™ Wok is coated with a unique DiamondForce™ coating that is designed and reinforced with a diamond-infused two-layer coating, is an innovation in non-stick coating technology. The engineered diamond particles create a unique and strong interlocking matrix creating a tougher coating that is two times more durable than traditional non-stick coating.

The DiamondForce™ coating advantage with advanced non-stick performance provides superior food release, requiring little to no oil when cooking food and easy wipe clean up.

The Sunbeam DiamondForce™ Wok, powered by a 2400 watt element, is cast in the heavy duty base for fast heat up, superior heat transfer and even heat distribution for excellent cooking results. Glass lid with adjustable steam vent. Detachable 'cook and clean' base. Cool touch handles and lid knob. Trigger- release control probe. The removeable probe is thermostatically controlled to provide accurate cooking temperatures. The trigger-release makes the probe easy to remove. 3 heat settings - Min, Low and Keep Warm.
Stir fry or steam in your wok using the steam rack.Dishwasher safe removeable base, lid and steam rack.

You can stir-fry your favourite meats and noodles, deep fry impressive appetizers or steam dumplings or a whole fish using the safe steam rack.
The twist dial underneath the base allows for quick release of the wok from the base, ideal for easy cleaning. Non-slip rubber feet to provide extra stability and prevent slip.
