Mixed Nut Butter 

Combine your favorite nuts to create a healthy, delicious nut butter that’s as versatile as regular peanut butter. 



  • 4 cups (600 g) roasted peanuts
  • 1½ cup (200 g) roasted pecans
  • ½ cup (70 g) roasted almonds



  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid. 

  2. Start the machine on its lowest speed, and quickly increase to its highest speed.

  3. Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades, or until desired consistency is reached.2


Chef's Note: The nuts should go from whole to meal, to clumps, to a creamy nut butter. This can sometimes take longer than one minute so be patient. You can also create some variations of this recipe by substituting nuts and adding extra ingredients!
