    Quality 304 Stainless Steel. Heavy duty 5mm impact bonded base for even heat distribution. Riveted die cast handle. Satin exterior w ith polished interior. Dishwasher Safe. Suitable for all cooktops including induction. 20cm diameter x 4cm height.

    IMPORTANT: Stainless Steel Frypans do not have a non-stick surface.

    Most foods will stick to the surface if not used correctly. To make the surface non-stick, heat the frypan to a medium heat until you can place your hand above the frypan to feel heat rising. Add a small amount of room temperature cooking oil to coat the surfce of the frypan. Once the oil becomes hot, oil will start to smoke. The frypan is ready for use. Do not use high heat as this will cause food to stick. Over time your experience using this frypan will help you determine the optimum heat and cooking times for various foods.
