2 medium kumara (sweet potatoes, peeled and thingly sliced
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt, to taste
Optional: dipping sauce of your choice (e.g. aioli, sour cream, and chives) 

Instructions

Preparation

Preheat Air Fryer to 200°C.

Seasoning

In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced kumara with olive oil until evenly coated.

Air Frying
