    • Double Temperature Sensor - Active sensors measure both external (room) and internal temperature, adjusting the time to rise and rest the dough to achieve optimal bread quality.Higher temperatures will result in shorter rising time, and lower temperatures will result in a longer rising time.
    • Raisin/Nut Dispenser - The dispenser enables even ditribution of added ingredients throughout the loaf, creating equal dispersion. Mixed thoroughly and evenly, make sure every loaf is perfect with the R2530.
    • Manual Setting Modes - Manual time setting options for cake kneading, bread kneading and bread fermentation enable you to customise the process dependig on your desired result.
    • Gluten-Free Options - Catering for dietary requirements, the R2530 is equipped to bake delicious gluten-free options, inlcuding bread, cake, pizza dough and pasta dough.
    • A Variety of Programs - Whole Wheat, Sourdough and Brioche programs are but a few that are included in teh R2530. Across Bread, Gluten Free and Sweet options, the variety of programs cater to all of your baking needs.
